Deacon John is a graduate of Villanova University, and later attended the Washington Theological Union where he worked towards his Master’s in Theology.  John was ordained a Deacon in 2000 with the Diocese of Metuchen. 

He works as a Human Resource and Operations Manager by day, is a 4th Degree Knight of Knights of Columbus, and serves the Community of St. Mary’s on his off-hours.  Deacon John welcomes new members of our Parish through the RCIA process, runs the altar server program, and works with our parish ushers as well as being the spiritual advisor for St. Mary's youth group.  He is the proud Dad of two teenage daughters, and has been happily married for 24 years.
